The 100 HDfury Diva EDID tables and Automix flags and algorithms
Custom mode picks a ready-made EDID from a list of 100. Automix builds one on the fly from your connected sinks and lets you override the parts that matter. This page covers both.
Fixed EDID with L/R stereo
This mode presents a 4K60 4:2:0 8-bit 300MHz stereo EDID table. Think of it as a security EDID: modest enough to ensure a picture in every setup and situation, and so the right thing to fall back on when you have lost your image. The exception is a sink whose maximum is FHD or 4K30, since even this EDID describes more than such a device can accept.
Custom use
Pick and use an EDID from the selection of preloaded tables, or load any EDID bank of your choice. By default the selected table is a 4K60 4:4:4 600MHz EDID with full audio capabilities. When you select a bank from the dropdown list of 100 tables there is nothing else to do: click one and it is loaded, and hot plug detect events reset the signal so your chosen EDID is presented automatically. Each input can have its own individual EDID assigned.
Banks 1 to 10 are the custom ones, seven of them filled with useful tables including Dolby Vision strings from real displays, and 8, 9 and 10 left empty for an EDID you upload yourself in the EDID section. Banks 11 to 100 are the predefined tables, laid out in a strict pattern: a video format, a colour and HDR variant, then one of three audio levels, all sound, S/PDIF or stereo.

Automix mode
Automix creates an EDID based on the mutual capabilities of the sinks connected at the outputs, so there is always a picture and always sound, which makes it the natural choice for pass-through. Some flags can then be checked or unchecked to force and override individual parameters to suit your setup.
The classic example: your TV is stereo and your AVR handles full sound, and both are connected to Diva output ports. Depending on the algorithm in use, Automix will by default report stereo as the sound capability, because that is what both sinks agree on. Check the full audio flag and Automix will always report full audio regardless of the real capabilities of the connected sinks, so the source sends the soundtrack your AVR can actually decode.
The forceable flags
Fourteen flags are available in Automix mode, grouped as audio, HDR, colour and Dolby Vision.

- Force the mixed EDID to present stereo sound capabilities.
- 5.1 Multi
- Force the mixed EDID to present 5.1 multi-channel sound capabilities.
- 7.1 Full
- Force the mixed EDID to present full 7.1 sound capabilities.
- TX0
- Force the mixed EDID to present the maximum audio capabilities of the sink at the TX0 output.
- TX1
- Force the mixed EDID to present the maximum audio capabilities of the sink at the TX1 output.
- AUDIO OUT
- Force the mixed EDID to present the maximum audio capabilities of the sink at the audio output. This is the one to reach for when your AVR is fed from the dedicated HDMI audio output.
- HDR 10+
- Force the mixed EDID to present HDR10+ support.
- HLG
- Force the mixed EDID to present HLG support.
- 2020/xvYCC
- Force the mixed EDID to present BT.2020 and xvYCC support.
- no YCbCr
- Force the mixed EDID to present no support for YCbCr, which is useful to force RGB.
- no 3D
- Force the mixed EDID to present no support for 3D.
- DV Force Metadata
- Force the mixed EDID to present Dolby Vision support.
- DV Remove
- Force the mixed EDID to present no support for Dolby Vision.
- DV Limit 300MHz

The five algorithms
The algorithm decides how the capabilities of the connected sinks are combined before your flags are applied.

The same five appear in the OLED menu under EDID Algo, as 0-Normal, 1-Max Audio, Prio TX0, Prio TX1 and 4-Max All. Minimum mixed capabilities keeps every sink happy; the priority algorithms let one output win when one display matters more; maximum audio with maximum video is for when you know what your chain can take.
