HDfury Diva overview: 4x2 4K60 18Gbps HDMI matrix, scaler and audio extractor
The Diva is an HDMI 2.0b matrix, scaler, HDCP fixer and audio extractor that sits in the middle of your setup and makes four sources agree with two displays and an AVR.

Diva takes up to four inputs at true full 4K60 4:4:4 600MHz 18Gbps and feeds two video outputs plus a dedicated HDMI audio output. It solves HDCP errors, extracts full HDMI audio from your sources, and pulls ARC and eARC audio up to Atmos HBR over TrueHD out of a capable TV so an older AVR or matrix can be fed any SD, HD, FHD, UHD, HDR, Dolby Vision or PC signal up to 600MHz.
Each channel can be scaled on its own: upscale to 4K, or downscale to 1080p SDR for gear that cannot cope with anything more. Diva is always running in matrix and scaler mode, so whatever you connect gets the best signal that particular sink can accept, without you re-cabling anything.
What the hardware gives you
- Four HDMI inputs, all capable of 4K HDR, HLG, Dolby Vision, LLDV and HDR10+ up to 18Gbps, and any sound format in existence today.
- TX0, an 18Gbps HDMI video output with scaling options that also carries every sound format.
- TX1, an HDR to SDR 1080p output for older or 1080p-only equipment.
- A dedicated HDMI audio output at 720p or 1080p that feeds any AVR input.
- LAN control, RS232, L/R stereo or optical 5.1 output, LED control, IR RX, an IR and light sensor input and an IR window.
- An OLED display and four buttons on the side for entering the system menu and changing settings on the unit itself.
What it fixes
The HDCP Doctor provides fifteen HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 engines for decryption and encryption, converting HDCP 2.2 to 1.4 and 1.4 to 2.2 within the same unit, in both directions and on all channels at once. Each receiver block decrypts the input first, then each output port encrypts individually to 1.4, to 2.2, or not at all if the source was never encrypted. That is what lets an HDCP 2.2 source reach a display that was never HDCP 2.2 compliant instead of going dark with an error.
On the video side, Diva deciphers incoming HDR, HLG and Dolby Vision metadata and AVI infoframes, and can inject, replace, boost, translate HLG to HDR, or disable them live at any resolution. The EDID manager holds 100 predefined EDIDs alongside five EDID modes, so you can decide exactly what capabilities each source is told about.
How you drive it
Control is through IR codes, the push buttons on the unit, IP, RS232 from a Mac, Windows or Linux machine, or the embedded webserver, which works from any browser on a computer, phone or tablet. Diva can also send custom RS232 commands to an RS232 controllable display based on the incoming content type, so a projector can change picture mode when HDR10 or 3D arrives. It autoswitches sources that keep sending +5V in standby, such as an ATV4K, Xbox One X or Shield, by watching the TMDS pixel clock instead.
